Pricing
Initial prices are a rough estimate and are subject to change on the day based on the dog’s size, behaviour and coat condition.
Payment
Payments will be taken upfront via a banking link. Any add ons on the day will either be charged via card payment or banking link after your consultation or on pick up after the groom.
Cancellation
Once bookings are confirmed, they are non refundable. However, if you wish to change your booking, you can do this 5 days prior to your appointment.

One to one appointments
If you’d like to book a 1-1 appointment, please reach out to us. These appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If you need a 1-1 appointment on a different day, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please give us as much notice as possible to ensure there are no other appointments scheduled, allowing your pooch to enjoy the salon all to themselves.

Collection
We will call or message you 10/15 minutes before your dog is ready to be collected. Please do not turn up without us calling prior as you may have to wait around and your dog can get easily distracted.

Pick up and drop off
We offer a pick up and drop off service within our catchment area for £15. Please note our pick up and drop off service is now on foot therefore we are only able to offer this to clients within a 15/20 minute walking distance from the salon. Please enquire when you make your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late drop off and collection charge
If you are more than 15 minutes late to either drop off or collect your dog, you will be charged £10 for every 15 minutes you are overdue.
Consultation period
Your pup will receive a complimentary one to one consultation with one of our groomers. This will last around 15 minutes and will be used to discuss your dog's temperament and any specific grooming requirement. Any health or behavioural issues you dog may have must be highlighted during your consultation. Our groomer will also check for fleas, if they are present, a flea treatment will need to be carried out and paid for before the grooming service begins.

Location
We are based in Hackney, our address is Unit 31, Containerville, 1 Emma Street E2 9FP. Our nearest stations are Cambridge Heath, Bethnal Green and London Fields. Please arrive at Gate F or Gate D of Containerville, buzz number 31 and you will be let in by one of our groomers. Our unit is located on the first floor. Just to note, there are two different Containerville locations, one canal side and one Emma Street side, we are in the Emma Street complex. Dog sizes
If you want to query grooming prices based on the size of your dog, please drop us an email and we would be happy to help.

Matted coats
If your dog has a matted coat, depending on the severity, the matts will either need to be brushed out or your dog’s coat will need to be shaved down. Both processes are time consuming, therefore there will be an additional charge on pick up starting from £15 depending on the severity of the matting and size of your dog.

Fleas
If your dog is found to have fleas, whether they be dead or alive we will need to carry out a flea bath which will be charged for on pick up. Prices start from £15 depending on the size of your dog.
Appointment arrival times
Your booking time will include your one to one consultation. We do advise that all owners and dogs arrive around 5 minutes prior to their appointment.​
Collection and drop off service
This is available upon request and dependent on driver availability. Prices start from £15 and are dependent on location.
Pregnant dogs
Unfortunately if your dog is pregnant we are unable to carry out any of our services as this can be harmful to both your dog and their unborn puppies.
In season dogs
We do allow in season dogs, however this is down to the owners discretion and temperament of the dog when in season. If your dog comes into season after you have made a booking with us and you’d like to change your appointment, just drop us an email and we will happily reschedule this for you.
Puppies
We offer a puppy package specifically tailored to introducing your dog to the dog grooming world. You can find more info on this service here. Our puppy age is cut off at 9 months old.
Unsatisfied with your doggos groom?
No problem! We are open to feedback and we will do our best to put it right. If you are unhappy with what we’ve delivered please get in touch and we will ensure that your feedback is taken into consideration for future grooms. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on our services.

Badly behaved pups
Unfortunately if your pup is badly behaved or causes disruption during their appointment or harm towards our groomers we will have to contact you to come and collect your dog. In this instance we are unable to offer a refund. We are very understanding in these situations and will always do our best to accommodate.

Anal gland expression
We do not perform anal gland expression as part of any service offering. We recommend that this process should only be performed by a vet.
